NeoLemEdit by Namida
based on LemEdit by VTM Software
designed for NeoLemmix, also compatible with DOS Lemmings and traditional Lemmix

TIP: If you want to check your version number, hold the UP arrow while starting
NeoLemEdit and it will display the version number until you release the key.
This feature has been present since the first released version (V0.30).

v0.61
-----
> Object colors are adjusted when editing VGASPEC levels.
> If the graphic set supports it, pre-placed lemmings will be rendered as facing
left when appropriate. (To support this, just give the pre-placed lemming object
two frames, and the second frame is the left-facing one.)

v0.60
-----
> VGASPEC levels now display properly instead of only showing objects.
> The VGASPEC box in the General menu no longer displays slightly off-position
  while editing it.
> The VGASPEC number displayed in the General menu is now in line with the file
names, instead of with how it's stored internally (EG: VGASPEC0.DAT level will
now show 0 in this menu, not 1), and will display "--" on levels that don't use
a VGASPEC. A button has also been added to set the VGASPEC to "none".

v0.52
-----
> Pickup skills, buttons and locked exits now display correctly.

v0.51
-----
> Added a hacky method to add level pieces and adjust their type. It's not very
user-friendly, but it's something for now. See the manual for more info.
> Fixed a bug where the down arrow key would move terrain and objects (but not
  steel) upwards instead of downwards.
> Escape key as a shortcut for quitting now works properly.
> Fixed a bug with gimmick entry.
> As of this release, can fully create a level!

v0.50
-----
> Can edit all attributes of terrain, objects and steel (except for terrain and
object type). Still cannot place new pieces.
> As of this release, has made QuikEdit obsolete!

V0.41a
------
> Fixes a bug when entering the General or Skills menu while a level piece is
selected which caused NeoLemEdit to crash.

V0.41
-----
> Has partial editing for terrain and objects. It can't yet edit their properties,
  but moving them is possible.

V0.40
-----
> Can now fully edit steel areas.

V0.32
-----
> Can now display steel areas.
> A bug where all objects would use the properties (as in no overwrite, upside down,
etc) of the first object, is now fixed.
> Some levels from the original Lemmings have terrain pieces that are set to both
"no overwrite" AND "eraser"; these are meant to be treated as purely no overwrite,
but NeoLemEdit previously tried to apply both, with somewhat predictable results
(the piece doesn't do anything at all).
> Now gives a dialog box confirming when quitting.

V0.31
-----
> Lag while scrolling has been greatly reduced.
> Level images are now saved with a black background instead of a transparent one

V0.30
-----
First release.
Capable of:
> Loading/Saving LVL files
> Saving image of level (no menu option for it yet - push "S" on the keyboard to save it)
> Displaying level
> Editing level stats
> Editing level skillset
